Coffeyville Community College (CCC) has announced that they are hosting their eight performance in the Humanities line-up with Christ Sayre, a traditional folk music musician. Sayre is a Lincoln, NE native and has been performing professionally for over 50 years. He has dedicated much of that time to the promotion and preservation of traditional folk music from Western Europe and North America.

Sayre plays the button accordion, concertina, dulcimer, guitar, mandolin and the musical saw. According to Sayre, he endeavors to leave his audience with a greater appreciation of who we are and where we came from.

Sayre will perform at the Spencer/Rounds Theatre stage on the CCC campus at 7 PM on Tuesday, October 25. This show is free to the public.
